Our warm classes are 85-90 degrees.

Our hot classes are 95-105 degrees.

Flow

Great for beginners or advanced students. Options are given for all levels of practice. Offering the Vinyasa flow suited for your practice. The perfect balance of breath and movement. 

Power Flow

Flow with a little more intensity. More cardio training, more strength training, more movement. Yet still, the freedom to make the practice your own with modifications and advanced postures.

Slow Flow

Connecting your practice with Vinyasa flow to seamlessly create movement suitable for any yogi. Take time to sink into poses, finding your core and rooting, creating the tools to build strength and endurance on the mat and resilience off the mat.

 

Hot 28

Hot 28 is our hottest class we offer, with temperatures set at 105 and humidity at 35% this class brings the sweat! 28 poses and 2 breath manipulations make this class perfect for strong work and meditation. Appropriate for all practitioners new or seasoned. This class offers FUN music (louder than other classes) and spicy instructors (think F-Bombs). This class is more fun, creative, and exciting than most. SO, come prepared to have fun and work hard!

 

Yin Inspired

Yin yoga is a passive approach with a slow deep stretch that releases tension, calms the nervous system, improves flexibility, range of motion, and athletic performance. Poses are held for longer periods of time to allow deeper release and greater benefit. Our most popular class for new yogis.

Balance mind and body with warming energizing movement and slow deep stretches to find bliss. 

Barre

Warm or non-heated

Fun, high energy, cardio fusion class with elements of pilates, dance, and yoga that tones and lengthens increasing body awareness.

Sculpt

Hot room. Sculpt is a faster paced yoga class with the addition of weights and repetitive movement to increase strength and cardiovascular health. Fun, high energy, strength training.

Strong & Steady

A hot class. Strong & Steady is a class that comes from traditional yoga practiced to increase mobility while improving strength. Each time we meet we will move through a series of poses intentionally holding each pose for 10+ breath cycles, focusing on one side of the body then moving to the next. This class is based on the traditional principles of yoga, with emphasizes precision, alignment, and the use of props to enhance the practice. Adding a deep focus on breath with postures. This class is meant to guide you to the ability to make each pose accessible to each student through the use of props.
